Amenity BuildingAmenity Building

The Amenity Building is available for rental to owners of 678 and 688 Citadel Drive.

It is equipped with;

  • a kitchen that contains a small apartment sized stove, a microwave oven and a fridge
  • some cleaning supplies (sponge, dishwashing liquid) but no dish towels, utensils, plates, etc.
  • two long folding tables, a shorter table and 20 folding chairs.
  • a sofa, loveseat, coffee table, two side tables with a table lamp and a standing lamp.
  • two washrooms, one on the main floor and one on the lower floor
  • a balcony table and six chairs

  • This is a no smoking facility.
  • Rental is available to 678/688 owners only.
  • An owner must not be in maintenance arrears or owe fines.

Rental Rate

  • $50 Rental - cheque to be made out to Strata LMS 3766
  • $100 Damage deposit - cheque to be made out to Strata LMS 3766 - this deposit will be returned if Amenity Building is left in pre-rental condition.

 

Rental Procedure

  • Contact Harry or Noella to reserve the room. (You can check our online calendar for availability as well)
  • Make sure to include your email address, unit number and phone number (if you haven’t already signed up for email updates)
  • Print PDF of Amenity Building Rental Form and fill out.
  • Bring Rental Form and cheques to Harry or Noella as soon as possible to secure your reservation.
  • Please return the key to the person you received it from within two days after your rental.
