Welcome to Citadel Pointe - a gated community of 120 estate-sized luxury townhomes situated on a bluff overlooking the Fraser River and Colony Farm Nature Reserve. Citadel Pointe is nestled within the prestigious community of Citadel Heights in Port Coquitlam at 678 and 688 Citadel Drive. We enjoy a private setting yet are still close to all amenities including Coquitlam Centre, the shops along Shaughnessy, and both the Lougheed and Trans Canada Highways.

This site has been created by owners for the owners of Citadel Pointe and we hope to help you keep up with what’s going on in and around your home.

If you see a bear that is going about its regular bear business such as walking through your yard, trails, or open park spaces, don't panic, leave it alone and do not cut off its escape path. It is normal for bears to roam through urban areas, especially as development encroaches on wild space.

Please report these random sightings, bears in garbage sightings, and encounters with aggressive bears to the Provincial Conservation Officer Service 24hr hotline at 1.877.952.RAPP (7277) or online at www.rapp.bc.ca.

08.13.2022 - NOTICE - WATERING REMINDER - updated

With the hot summer weather, we would like to remind all residents that everyone’s help is needed to water their yards and plants. Your assistance is needed in keeping the landscaping beautiful and also ensuring Strata fees are not impacted by plant replacement due to die off. Please use your own hose, sprinkler, and watering cans to water the grass, shrubs, hedges, and flowers around your townhouse on a regular basis during the summer months.

Regional water-use restrictions are in effect May 1 to October 15, regardless of the weather.

Please note that trees, shrubs and flowers can be hand watered at any time (lawn sprinklers can only be used during the abovementioned dates and times).
