Welcome to Citadel Pointe - a gated community of 120 estate-sized luxury townhomes situated on a bluff overlooking the Fraser River and Colony Farm Nature Reserve. 06.07.2017 - NOTICE TO RESIDENTS - Window Washing - Please be advised that B&B Window Cleaning will be on-site from Thursday, July 13th to Saturday, July 22th between 8:00 a.m. and
4:00 p.m. (weather permitting) to clean all inaccessible windows.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT SCREENS ARE REMOVED, DRAPES ARE CLOSED FOR PRIVACY AND THAT THE WINDOWS TO BE CLEANED ARE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME.

05.18.2017 - NOTICE TO RESIDENTS - Lawn Care - The Lawn Maintenance & Renovation project is underway, large piles of dirt are in the visitor parking at the lower levels and you will notice Project Lawns crews onsite all of this week and next completing the work. Please review the notice from Project Lawns which covers the work they are undertaking and care instructions for owners. We are working with the landscapers to restore our lawns after the heavy winter and your participation in care is necessary to ensure a good outcome.

05.17.2017 - NOTICE TO RESIDENTS - Building Cleaning Continued - Service Master has delayed their return visit to June 1st to complete the remaining areas of the building cleaning. We expect the remaining work to take about a week to complete. We will advise all owners once the work is complete so please hold off providing deficiencies until then as they likely haven't done your area yet.

05.08.2017 - NOTICE TO RESIDENTS - AGM upcoming May 30, 2017 - Just a reminder that our AGM is scheduled for Tues., May 30, 2017 and will be held at the amenity buidling. Registration begins at 6:30pm and the meeting will begin at 7:00pm.

If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, please give your proxy vote to the person who will be attending on your behalf.

Note: As per Section 56 of the Strata Property Act, a person who provides management services to, or is employed by, the Strata Corporation is not permitted to be appointed as Proxy.

Also, the Depreciation report has been uploaded to the secure part of our website under Documents.

03.23.2017 - NOTICE TO RESIDENTS - Building Exterior Cleaning March 28th and complete by April 13th - Strata Council has contracted Service Master to conduct a fairly extensive exterior building cleaning. The work is scheduled to start Tuesday March 28th and complete by April 13th.

The crews will be using ladders and lifts to complete the work and will be washing the building exterior, focusing especially on north facing walls, patio partitions, architecturally built out window frames and other areas that have become soiled with age. They will also be performing an extensive cleaning of all gutter flashing on all roof levels. In preparation for the work, please ensure all windows are closed tightly and remove/cover an items on patios that you want to protect from overspray.

During the work, please drive carefully around the complex as there will be extensive ladders and lift equipment in use. For more information, please review the notice provided from Service Master and an example of our buildings they will be focusing on.

03.09.2017 - NOTICE TO RESIDENTS - Replanting of Shrubs - New Shrubs have been planted again and they need watering. If they are not watered they will not survive. This is crucial. This is a big investment in the landscape and we need owners to understand this. They need to be watered daily if there is no rainfall".

Can all Owners kindly ensure that the newly installed plantings adjacent to their units are watered daily (if there is no rainfall) in order to ensure their survival?

03.29.2016 - NOTICE TO RESIDENTS - Bear Sighting - Dear Residents of Citadel Pointe, please know that there was a bear sighting on the Strata Property, March 29, 2016.
 
Owing to bear actitvity, all Residents are strongly advised not to leave any "attractants", e.g., waste bins, recycling containers, bird feeders, etc." outside your unit overnight.

Please check the calendar page on the Citadel Pointe website, or refer to the City of Port Coquitlam's page, or download PDFs of the collection schedule here. PAGE 1 and PAGE 2 in order to set out your waste on the correct day.

If you see a bear please:

Reporting Bear Sightings
If you see a bear that is going about its regular bear business such as walking through your yard, trails, or open park spaces, don't panic, leave it alone and do not cut off its escape path. It is normal for bears to roam through urban areas, especially as development encroaches on wild space.  

Please report these random sightings, bears in garbage sightings, and encounters with aggressive bears to the Provincial Conservation Officer Service 24hr hotline at 1.877.952.RAPP (7277) or online at www.rapp.bc.ca.
